Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation & Refund of order?

RG's Magic Hub not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or during the misuse of gift coupon. However, RG's Magic Hub will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated by email or through phone within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

For Payment Refund Cases it Will Take 5 to 7 Working Days to Refund Payment after receiving returned Product.

 Can you take returns?

We only take return if the shipped product is damaged or in case of any malfunctioning. If it gets damaged by mishandling or you cannot operate, we won’t  take it return. Please read complete details of trick before your purchase. 

 Downloadable Products and DVD Products are not Available for Return, Exchange or Refund. 

Please notify RG's Magic Hub of receipt of a damaged / defective product / service within 24 hours of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 1 Day, RG's Magic Hub shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

 How do I return items damaged in transits?

You can return items if damaged in transits that you have purchased from RG's Magic Hub back to us via the post or to your local courier.
 Return / Damaged / Defective Props must be Shipped back with-in 3 working days or else 20 % restocking fees will be applied on returned / damaged / defective product. 

The Returned Products Shipping charges will be paid by customer only. 

*Please note that our Return Policy applies to the return of all products purchased from RG's Magic Hub.

 

Refund & Exchange 

Product Exchange or payment Refund is not allowed once you received the Parcel; to request refund you reject the parcel from shipping.  

Exchange will be made only with Valid Reason, defective Product will be replaced with new working products after receiving damaged Products.
